Thoughts of summer 2023
Thoughts Of Summer was a digital design and photo project that I did throughout the summer of 2023.
The project consists of 6 photos and correlating designs. Throughout the summer of 2023 I used my FujiFilm X20 to take pictures of my first post grad Austin summer.
Each photo has a correlating design partnered with it. I created the designs by observing similar colors, visual landscape, and feelings invoked by the photo.
New View: A bed and bathroom I subleased out of college while looking for new places.
Wait Take Pictures: Aware of my ongoing project my friend Zach wanted his moment of course.
Lifeguard Man: This photo is one of my personal favorites. Frequenting Barton Springs was and is a blessing in my life
Mom and Salma: My mom and sister walking out into the water at the beach near our hometown Corpus Christi, Texas.
Mr. Rose: Another Barton Springs moment captured with a friend Jack Rose. A typical catch up sesh we'd have.
M&R: Friends Meg and Roberta having a cigarette break as we clean our newly rented duplex.
